Thank God for CCHR! It is so good to read that so many are becoming aware, speaking out and speaking to the harm psychiatric medications has had and is having on their lives. It hurts to read the stories, but I am so glad and proud of you all who are speaking out and speaking up for yourself. Help is available! God is able! The truth is you all are getting better simply by saying something, and speaking to that mountain “the mental health system” and telling it to come down. Please continue to speak life; and free yourself by forgiving those who have harmed you. You forgive for yourself. Forgiveness is an act not a feeling. You don’t need to feel like forgiving to do so. Allow love to rule over your heart not hatred. There has been enough harm done to you by others, so don’t join them in the hurt by holding on to bitterness, anger, resentments and fear. God ways are not our ways, and He has a way of making all pay for what they have done. The $84 billion a year being spent on psych meds will be used to help those who have been harmed by this system. Help is here! Trust God! Love God, love self and love people. This is much better than allowing the stronghold of hatred and bitterness to run wild in your hearts and minds. It took some time, but I am free from the bitterness and hatred I held towards others who hurt me. God will heal and restore your soul (your mind/thinking, emotions/feelings and will/desires). I will continue to pray for you all and CCHR.

    Grace and Peace
    Carter, MSW, LISW
